- What does it mean that it fits one size bigger than or smaller than street shoe size?
One size bigger means: If you wear size 7 street shoe size then you will take size 8 in dance shoe size. One size smaller means: Just the opposite of the above example. If you wear size 7 street shoe size then you will take size 6 in dance shoe.
- I am a beginner for pointe classes. Can I order pointe shoe based on fitting information provided by you?
We strongly recommend getting fitted by a proffesional or by your teacher before ordering your first pair of pointe shoes. You need to know your exact pointe shoe size and the width and the maker of that particular pointe shoe.
- What happens when I order dance shoe based on your recommendation and it does not fit? Who pays for shipping charges?
You pay the shipping charges. We offer you the fitting information for your convenience based on the manufacturers' guidelines and our 20 years of experience in fitting dance shoes in our stores. However, we do not guarantee its accuracy.
- Can we shop at your retail store and are the internet prices good at the store?
You can shop at our retail store in Atlanta. However, the internet prices are not applicable at the store. You are expected to pay retail prices.
- How do I know when I will receive the order?
During business days, you will be notified by e-mail within hours after you placed your order about the availability of your order and delivery schedule. You will be emailed a tracking number along with information on how to track your package.
- Can I get a catalog of your products?
Yes, however, we have catalogs for our praise dance wear selection only.
- How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Delivery times will be based off of the shipping option that you choose upon checkout. For example, the USPS 3-4 Day shipping option will take East Coast customers about 3 days to receive and West Coast customers closer to 4. Express services are guaranteed and begins the day after you place your order (i.e. if you place your order Monday before the cutoff time, you will receive your order on Wednesday).
- How do your sizes run?
Depending on the item, you will have to use the item's size chart to get close to the correct size. The size chart is a recommendation only so for certain body types the fit can vary. Some items run large, some small, and some true and you can find out by viewing the detailed description of the item or by looking at reviews if provided from customers.
- What does OSFA mean?
OSFA stands for One Size Fits All. This means that the garment has an elastic feature that will stretch from a small to an x-large sized person. Plus size OSFA will begin with 2X and stretch up to 4X. Child size OSFA will begin with size 6 up to size 12.
- What is the material of your items? Can I have a sample?
Majority of our items are made of Polyester. The detailed description of each item should explain the material and percentage of each material. We do not send out sample fabric swatches or sample garments.
- Are your items "see-through" or transparent?
Our items are not transparent however, it is recommended to wear dark or neutral colors underneath any white garment. It is also recommended to wear full undergarments underneath all Praise Dance Wear.
- What is your Return and Exchange Policy? Do you provide return labels?
Please refer to our Return Policy link at the bottom of the page to review. We allow refunds and exchanges within 30 days. All items must be in original and re-sell-able condition. We do not provide return labels. Buyers are responsible for returning the items back and for paying reshipping fees. Any order that is returned for over $75, did not pay initial shipping and is requesting a full refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund total.
